'Abdullah narrated to us, 'Ubaydullah ibn Mu'adh ibn Mu'adh Abu 'Amr al-'Anbari narrated to me, my father narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Simak, who said: I asked Jabir ibn Samurah about the description of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and he said: "He was *ashkal al-'ayn* (having a slight redness in the whites of his eyes), *dali' al-fam* (having a wide mouth), and *manhus al-'aqib* (having little flesh on his heels)."
