Musnad Ahmad 907:125

Abdullah narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Abi Ghalib narrated to me, Amr—who is Ibn Talhah—narrated to us, Asbat narrated to us, from Simak, from Jabir ibn Samurah, who said: Al-Madinah was mentioned in the presence of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and he said: "Indeed, Allah Himself named Al-Madinah 'Tabah'." Jabir said: And I heard him.
