Musnad Ahmad 907:138

Abdullah narrated to us, Abu al-Qasim al-Zuhri Abdullah ibn Sa’d narrated to me, my father and my paternal uncle narrated to us, they both said: My father narrated to us, from Ibn Ishaq, ‘Umar ibn Musa ibn al-Wajih narrated to me, from Simak ibn Harb, from Jabir ibn Samurah, who said: "I saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, go out with the funeral of Thabit ibn al-Dahdahah upon a horse with a white blaze and white markings on its legs beneath him, upon which there was no saddle, with the people with him, and they were around him." He said: "Then the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, dismounted and prayed over him, then he sat until they finished with him, then he stood up and mounted his horse, then he departed, and the men were walking around him."
