Musnad Ahmad 907:183

'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us, Za'idah narrated to us, from Simak ibn Harb, from Jabir ibn Samurah, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to recite 'Qaf' in the morning prayer, and his prayer after that was light."
