Musnad Ahmad 907:79

Abdullah narrated to us, Abd al-Rahman al-Mu'allim Abu Muslim narrated to us, Ayyub ibn Jabir al-Yamami narrated to us, Simak ibn Harb narrated to us, from Jabir ibn Samurah, who said: A Jarmaqani (a man from the Jarmaq region) came to the companions of Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said: "Where is this companion of yours who claims that he is a prophet? If I ask him, I will certainly know whether he is a prophet or not a prophet." He said: Then the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, came. The Jarmaqani said: "Recite to me, or narrate to me." So he recited to him verses from the Book of Allah. The Jarmaqani said: "This, by Allah, is what Moses brought." Abdullah ibn Ahmad said: "This hadith is munkar (denounced/rejected)."
