Abdullah narrated to us, Khalaf ibn Hisham al-Bazzar al-Muqri narrated to me, Hammad ibn Zayd narrated to us, from Mujalid, from al-Sha'bi, from Jabir ibn Samurah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) delivered a sermon to us at Arafah and said: "This religion will continue to be mighty, impregnable, and victorious over those who oppose it. It will not be harmed by those who separate from it or oppose it, until twelve [leaders] rule, all of whom are from Quraysh," or as he said.
