Musnad Ahmad 851:5

'Affan narrated to us, Wuhayb narrated to us, Khalid al-Hadhdha' narrated to us, from Abu Tamimah al-Hujaymi, from a man from Balhujaym, who said: I said: "O Messenger of Allah, to what do you call?" He said: "I call to Allah alone, who, if harm touches you and you call upon Him, He removes it from you; and who, if you go astray in a desolate land and you call upon Him, He returns you [to the right path]; and who, if a year of drought befalls you and you call upon Him, He causes [crops] to grow for you." He said: I said: "Advise me." He said: "Do not insult anyone. Do not belittle any good deed, even if it is that you meet your brother with a cheerful face, or that you pour from your bucket into the vessel of one seeking water. And wrap your lower garment up to the middle of the shin; if you refuse, then to the ankles. And beware of letting the lower garment hang below the ankles (isbal), for letting the lower garment hang below the ankles is of arrogance, and Allah does not love arrogance."
