Hadith 223:4
'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, he said: Ma'mar narrated to us, from Abu al-Zinad, from Ibn Jarhad, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by me while I was exposing my thigh. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Cover it, for it is part of the 'awrah (intimate parts)."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق، قال: حدثنا معمر، عن أبي الزناد، عن ابن جرهد، عن أبيه، قال: مر بي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وأنا كاشف فخذي، فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: " غطها فإنها من العورة "
