Musnad Ahmad 770:54

Yahya narrated to us, from Isma'il, Qays narrated to us, he said: Jarir ibn 'Abdullah said to me: We were sitting with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when he looked at the moon on the night of the full moon and said: "Verily, you will see your Lord, the Mighty and Majestic, just as you see this. You will not be crowded, or you will not be harmed," (Isma'il was in doubt) "in seeing Him. So if you are able not to be overcome regarding a prayer before the rising of the sun and before its setting, then do so." Then he said: {And glorify the praises of your Lord before the rising of the sun and before its setting} [Ta-Ha: 130].
