And from the Hadith of Jarir ibn Abdullah (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث جرير بن عبد الله، (1) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 770:55
Yahya narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Abi Isma'il, Abd al-Rahman ibn Hilal al-'Absi narrated to us, he said: Jarir ibn Abdullah said: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "No servant initiates a good practice that is acted upon after him, except that he will have the like of the reward of those who acted upon it, without their rewards being diminished in the slightest. And no servant initiates an evil practice that is acted upon after him, except that he will bear its burden and the burden of those who acted upon it, without their burdens being diminished in the slightest."
حدثنا يحيى، عن محمد بن أبي إسماعيل، حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن هلال العبسي قال: قال جرير بن عبد الله: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " لا يسن عبد سنة صالحة، يعمل بها من بعده إلا كان له مثل أجر من عمل بها لا ينقص من أجورهم شيء، ولا يسن عبد سنة سوء، يعمل بها من بعده إلا كان عليه وزرها ووزر من عمل بها لا ينقص من أوزارهم شيء "
