And from the Hadith of Jarir ibn Abdullah (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث جرير بن عبد الله، (1) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 770:61
Abdullah said: Muhammad ibn Abdullah al-Makhrami narrated to me, as-Salt ibn Mas'ud al-Jahdari narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, and the son of Jarir ibn Abdullah narrated to me, saying: "The length of Jarir ibn Abdullah's sandal was a cubit."
قال عبد الله: حدثني محمد بن عبد الله المخرمي، حدثنا الصلت بن مسعود الجحدري، حدثنا سفيان، حدثني ابن لجرير بن عبد الله قال: " كانت نعل جرير بن عبد الله طولها ذراع "
