Musnad Ahmad 770:75

Ishaq ibn Yusuf narrated to us, Yunus narrated to us, from al-Mughirah ibn Shubayl, who said: Jarir said: When I drew near to Medina, I made my riding beast kneel, then I opened my saddlebag, then I put on my garment, then I entered the mosque. Suddenly, the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was delivering a sermon, and the people cast their eyes upon me. He said: So I said to the person sitting next to me: "O servant of Allah, did the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, mention anything about my affair?" He said: "Yes, he mentioned you with the best of mentions. While he was delivering the sermon, he paused in his sermon and said: 'There shall enter upon you from this mountain pass one of the best of the people of Yemen. Behold, upon his face is the mark of an angel.'" Jarir said: "So I praised Allah, the Almighty and Majestic."
