Aswad ibn Amir narrated to us, Sharik narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Amir, from Jarir, who said: "If he flees to the land of polytheism—meaning the slave—then he has made his person lawful." And perhaps he attributed it to the Prophet (marfu').
