And from the Hadith of Jarir ibn Abdullah (RA), from the Prophet (SAW)
ومن حديث جرير بن عبد الله، (1) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 770:88
Abu Ahmad—who is al-Zubayri—narrated to us, he said: Isra’il narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from ‘Amir, from Jarir, and he did not attribute it to the Prophet (marfu‘), he said: "When a slave flees to the land of the enemy, his blood has become lawful."
حدثنا أبو أحمد هو الزبيري قال: حدثنا إسرائيل، عن أبي إسحاق، عن عامر، عن جرير، ولم يرفعه قال: " إذا أبق العبد إلى أرض العدو فقد حل دمه "
