Hadith 429:12
Yazid narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Dhi'b informed us, from al-Zuhri, from Talhah ibn 'Abd Allah ibn 'Awf, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Azhar, from Jubayr ibn Mut'im, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, for the Qurashi is the equivalent of the strength of a man from other than Quraysh." It was said to al-Zuhri: "What did he mean by that?" He said: "The nobility of opinion."
حدثنا يزيد، قال: أخبرنا ابن أبي ذئب، عن الزهري، عن طلحة بن عبد الله بن عوف، عن عبد الرحمن بن الأزهر، عن جبير بن مطعم، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إن للقرشي مثلي قوة الرجل من غير قريش " فقيل للزهري: " ما عنى بذلك، قال: نبل الرأي "
