Hadith 429:36
Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, he said: Ibrahim ibn Sa'd informed us, from his father, from Ibn Jubayr ibn Mut'im, from his father, that a woman came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, asking him for something. He said to her: "Return to me." She said: "What if I return and do not find you, O Messenger of Allah?" — implying death. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said to her: "If you return and do not find me, then go to Abu Bakr."
حدثنا يزيد بن هارون، قال: أخبرنا إبراهيم بن سعد، عن أبيه، عن ابن جبير بن مطعم، عن أبيه، أن امرأة أتت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم تسأله شيئا ، فقال لها: " ارجعي إلي " فقالت: فإن رجعت فلم أجدك يا رسول الله؟ - تعرض بالموت - فقال لها رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " فإن رجعت فلم تجديني فالقي أبا بكر "
