Hadith 429:7
Sufyan narrated to us, from ‘Amr, from Muhammad ibn Jubayr ibn Mut’im, from his father, who said: "I lost a camel of mine at ‘Arafah, so I went to look for it, and there was the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, standing. I said: 'This man is one of the Hums, what is his business here?'" And Sufyan said once: From ‘Amr, from Muhammad ibn Jubayr ibn Mut’im, from his father, who said: "I went to look for a camel of mine at ‘Arafah, and I found the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, standing. I said: 'This man is one of the Hums, what is his business here?'"
حدثنا سفيان، عن عمرو، عن محمد بن جبير بن مطعم، عن أبيه، قال: " أضللت بعيرا لي بعرفة، فذهبت أطلبه، فإذا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم واقف، قلت: إن هذا من الحمس، ما شأنه هاهنا؟ " وقال سفيان مرة: عن عمرو، عن محمد بن جبير بن مطعم، عن أبيه، قال: " ذهبت أطلب بعيرا لي بعرفة، فوجدت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم واقفا، قلت: هذا من الحمس، ما شأنه هاهنا "
