Hadith 681:17
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from al-Aswad ibn Qays, that he heard Jundub al-Bajali narrating that he witnessed the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, pray, then he delivered a sermon and said: "Whoever slaughtered before we prayed, let him repeat another in its place." And perhaps he said: "Let him repeat another." "And whoever has not, let him slaughter in the name of Allah the Exalted."
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر، حدثنا شعبة، عن الأسود بن قيس، أنه سمع جندبا البجلي يحدث، أنه شهد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم صلى ثم خطب، فقال: " من كان ذبح قبل أن نصلي، فليعد مكانها أخرى، وربما قال: فليعد أخرى، ومن لا فليذبح على اسم الله تعالى "
