Hadith 681:20
Yazid narrated to us, Shu'bah informed us, from al-Aswad ibn Qays, who said: I heard Jundub ibn Sufyan saying: I witnessed the Eid with the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, on the Day of Sacrifice. Then he delivered a sermon and said: "Whoever slaughtered before we prayed, let him repeat his sacrifice. And whoever has not slaughtered, let him slaughter in the name of Allah, the Almighty and Majestic."
حدثنا يزيد، أخبرنا شعبة، عن الأسود بن قيس، قال: سمعت جندب بن سفيان يقول: شهدت مع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم العيد يوم النحر، ثم خطب فقال: " من ذبح قبل أن نصلي، فليعد أضحيته، ومن لم يذبح، فليذبح على اسم الله عز وجل "
