Hadith 681:3
'Affan narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, Al-Aswad bin Qays informed me, he said: I heard Jundub narrating that he witnessed the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, pray, then he delivered a sermon and said: "Whoever slaughtered before he prayed, let him slaughter another in its place." And he said another time: "Let him slaughter. And whoever has not slaughtered, let him slaughter in the name of Allah."
حدثنا عفان، حدثنا شعبة، أخبرني الأسود بن قيس، قال: سمعت جندبا يحدث، أنه شهد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، صلى ثم خطب، فقال: " من كان ذبح قبل أن يصلي، فليعد مكانها أخرى "، وقال مرة أخرى: " فليذبح، ومن كان لم يذبح فليذبح باسم الله "
