Hadith 681:8
Aswad ibn Amir narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Ali ibn Zayd and Humayd, from al-Hasan, from Jundub, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever performs the dawn prayer (Fajr), he is under the protection (dhimmah) of Allah. So do not violate the protection of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, and do not let Him seek you for anything regarding His protection."
حدثنا أسود بن عامر، حدثنا حماد بن سلمة، عن علي بن زيد، وحميد، عن الحسن، عن جندب، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " من صلى صلاة الفجر فهو في ذمة الله، فلا تخفروا ذمة الله عز وجل، ولا يطلبنكم بشيء من ذمته "
