Hadith of Juwayriyah bint al-Harith (RA)

حديث جويرية بنت الحارث

Hadith 1276:0

Narrated from Juwayriyah bint al-Harith: The Prophet (ﷺ) left her early in the morning when he went out for the dawn prayer, while she was in her prayer place. Then he returned after the forenoon, and she was still sitting there. He said, "Are you still in the same state as I left you?" She said, "Yes." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "I have said four words three times after you, which, if they were weighed against what you have said since the beginning of the day, they would outweigh them: 'Glory be to Allah and His praise, by the number of His creation, and by the pleasure of His Self, and by the weight of His Throne, and by the ink of His words' (Subhan-Allahi wa bi-hamdihi, 'adada khalqihi, wa rida nafsihi, wa zinata 'arshihi, wa midada kalimatihi)."
