Hadith 625:2
Hashim narrated to us, Khalid informed us, from Abu Qilabah, from Ka'b ibn Ujrah, who said: I became infested with lice until I thought that every hair on my head had lice on it, from its root to its tip. When the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saw that, he ordered me and said: "Shave [your head]." Then the verse was revealed. He said: "Feed six poor persons three sa's of dates."
حدثنا هشيم، أخبرنا خالد، عن أبي قلابة، عن كعب بن عجرة، قال: قملت حتى ظننت أن كل شعرة من رأسي فيها القمل من أصلها إلى فرعها، فأمرني النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم حين رأى ذلك، قال: " احلق " ونزلت الآية، قال: " أطعم ستة مساكين ثلاثة آصع من تمر "
