### The Hadith of Khufaf ibn Ima’ ibn Rahdah al-Ghifari Narrated to us by Yahya ibn Sa’id, from ‘Ubaydullah, who said: Narrated to me Nafi’, from Ibn ‘Umar, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to recite the Qunut in the Fajr prayer. Narrated to us by ‘Abd al-Rahman, from Sufyan, from ‘Asim, from Abu Wa’il, from Khufaf ibn Ima’, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) bowed, then raised his head and said: "Ghifar, may Allah forgive them; Aslam, may Allah grant them peace; and ‘Usayyah, they disobeyed Allah and His Messenger." Then he said: "O Allah, curse the Banu Lihyan, and Ri’l, and Dhakwan, and ‘Usayyah, for they disobeyed Allah and His Messenger. I do not say that for Ghifar, nor for Aslam."
