Musnad Ahmad 1160:3

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, from Mujammi' ibn Yazid, he said: Khudham married off his daughter while she was averse, so she came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said: "O Messenger of Allah, my father has married me off while I am averse." He said: "So the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, annulled the marriage of her father."
