Musnad Ahmad 1251:5

Sufyan narrated to us, from Ibrahim ibn Maysarah, from Ibn Abi Suwayd, from Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz, who said: The righteous woman, Khawlah bint Hakim, claimed that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came out embracing one of his daughter’s two sons, while he was saying: "By Allah, you are indeed cowardly and stingy, and you are indeed among the sweet-smelling plants of Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, and the last step that Allah took was at Wajj." Sufyan said once: "You are indeed stingy and you are indeed cowardly." *** Abdullah ibn Muhammad narrated to us—and Abdullah said: I heard it myself from Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Abi Shaybah—Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Sa’id, from Muhammad ibn Yahya ibn Habban, from Khawlah bint Hakim, who said: I said: "O Messenger of Allah, do you have a cistern (Hawd)?" He said: "Yes, and the most beloved of those who will come to it to me are your people."
