Musnad Ahmad 1210:3

Hajjaj narrated to us, he said: Layth informed us, he said: Yazid ibn Abi Habib narrated to me, from al-Harith ibn Ya'qub, that Ya'qub ibn 'Abd Allah narrated to him, that he heard Busr ibn Sa'id saying: I heard Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas saying: I heard Khawlah bint Hakim al-Sulamiyyah saying: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "Whoever stops at a place and then says: 'I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah, all of them, from the evil of what He created,' nothing will harm him until he departs from that place of his."
