Hadith 1182:1
Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Sa'id informed us that 'Umar ibn Kathir ibn Aflah, the freed slave of Abu Ayyub al-Ansari, informed him that he heard 'Ubayd Sanut narrating from Khawlah bint Qays, the wife of Hamzah ibn 'Abd al-Muttalib, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) entered upon Hamzah, and they discussed the worldly life. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, the worldly life is green and sweet. Whoever takes it by its right, it will be blessed for him in it. And how many a person who indulges in the wealth of Allah and the wealth of His Messenger will have the Fire on the day he meets Allah."
حدثنا يزيد بن هارون، قال: أخبرنا يحيى بن سعيد، أن عمر بن كثير بن أفلح ، مولى أبي أيوب الأنصاري، أخبره أنه سمع عبيد سنوطا، يحدث عن خولة بنت قيس، امرأة حمزة بن عبد المطلب، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم دخل على حمزة، فتذاكرا الدنيا، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إن الدنيا خضرة حلوة، من أخذها بحقها، بورك له فيها، ورب متخوض في مال الله، ومال رسوله، له النار يوم يلقى الله "
