Hadith 310:4
'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Isma'il ibn Kathir Abu Hashim, from 'Asim ibn Laqit ibn Sabirah, from his father, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "When you perform wudu (ablution), perform the istinshaq (snuffing water into the nose) thoroughly, unless you are fasting."
حدثنا عبد الرحمن، عن سفيان، عن إسماعيل بن كثير أبي هاشم، عن عاصم بن لقيط بن صبرة، عن أبيه، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إذا توضأت فأبلغ في الاستنشاق ما لم تك صائما "
