Musnad Ahmad 1065:14

Yunus narrated to us, Laith narrated to us, from Yazid, from ‘Amr, the freed slave of Al-Muttalib, from Mahmud ibn Labid, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah protects His servant from the world while He loves him, just as you protect your sick ones from food and drink, fearing for them because of it."
