Hadith 1065:4
Abu Sa’id narrated to us, Sulayman narrated to us, from ‘Amr ibn Abi ‘Amr, from ‘Asim ibn ‘Umar ibn Qatadah, from Mahmud ibn Labid, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah protects His believing servant from the world—while He loves him—just as you protect your sick person from food and drink, fearing for him."
حدثنا أبو سعيد، حدثنا سليمان، عن عمرو بن أبي عمرو، عن عاصم بن عمر بن قتادة، عن محمود بن لبيد، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إن الله ليحمي عبده المؤمن من الدنيا، وهو يحبه كما تحمون مريضكم من الطعام والشراب تخافونه عليه " . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
