Hadith 1004:2
Husayn ibn Muhammad narrated to us, Sulayman ibn Qarm narrated to us, from Simak, from Qabus ibn Mukhariq, from his father, who said: A man came to the Prophet and said: "What do you see if a man comes to me to take my wealth?" He said: "Remind him of Allah." He said: "What do you see if I remind him of Allah and he refuses?" He said: "If you have done so and he does not desist, then seek the assistance of the authority against him." He said: "What do you see if the authority is far from me?" He said: "Seek the assistance of the Muslims against him." He said: "What do you see if no one from the Muslims is present with me and he rushes upon me?" He said: "Then fight until you protect your wealth, or you are killed, and you will be among the martyrs of the Hereafter."
