Musnad Ahmad 833:8

Isma'il narrated to us, from Sa'id ibn Abi 'Arubah, from Qatadah, from Nasr ibn 'Asim, from Malik ibn al-Huwayrith, who said: "I saw the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, when he entered into the prayer, he would raise his hands. And when he bowed, and when he raised his head from bowing, until they reached the level of the lobes of his ears."
