Musnad Ahmad 129:3

Muhammad ibn Abi ‘Adi narrated to us, from Sa‘id, from Qatadah, from Nasr ibn ‘Asim, from Malik ibn al-Huwayrith, that he saw the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, raising his hands in his prayer when he raised his head from his bowing, when he prostrated, and when he raised his head from his prostration, until he aligned them with the lobes of his ears.
