Hadith 611:1
Musa ibn Dawud narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Abi Habib, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Hassan, from Mukhayis ibn Dhubyan, from a man from Judham, from Malik ibn 'Atahiyah, who said: I heard the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "If you encounter a tax collector (ashir), kill him."
حدثنا موسى بن داود، حدثنا ابن لهيعة، عن يزيد بن أبي حبيب، عن عبد الرحمن بن أبي حسان ، عن مخيس بن ظبيان، عن رجل، من جذام ، عن مالك بن عتاهية، قال: سمعت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " إذا لقيتم عاشرا فاقتلوه "
