Musnad Ahmad 203:6

Bahz ibn Asad narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, he said: ‘Abd al-Malik ibn ‘Umayr informed us, from Abu al-Ahwas, that his father came to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, while he was disheveled and in a poor state. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said to him: "Do you not have wealth?" He said: "From every kind of wealth, Allah the Mighty and Majestic has given me." He said: "For indeed, when Allah the Mighty and Majestic bestows a blessing upon a servant, He loves for its effect to be seen upon him."
