Hadith of a Man

Hadith 887:1

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar informed us, from Budayl al-'Uqayli, he said: 'Abdullah ibn Shaqiq informed us that someone who heard the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, informed him while he was in Wadi al-Qura and he was on his horse. A man from Balqayn asked him and said: "O Messenger of Allah, who are these?" He said: "These are those who have incurred [Allah's] wrath," and he pointed to the Jews. He said: "Who are these?" He said: "These are the astray," meaning the Christians. He said: A man came to him and said: "Your freedman—or he said: your servant—so-and-so has been martyred." He said: "Rather, he is being dragged into the Fire in a cloak he misappropriated."
