Hadith 1021:2
Yunus narrated to us, Abu 'Awanah narrated to us, from Al-Ash'ath ibn Sulaym, from his father, from a man from Banu Yarbu' who said: I came to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and I heard him while he was speaking to the people, saying: "The hand of the giver is the upper one; [give to] your mother and your father, and your sister and your brother, then your nearest relative, then your nearest." A man said: "O Messenger of Allah, these are the Banu Tha'labah ibn Yarbu' who harmed such-and-such person." He said: So the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Beware, no soul commits a crime against another."
حدثنا يونس، حدثنا أبو عوانة، عن الأشعث بن سليم، عن أبيه، عن رجل من بني يربوع قال: أتيت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فسمعته وهو يكلم الناس يقول: " يد المعطي العليا أمك وأباك، وأختك وأخاك، ثم أدناك فأدناك "، فقال رجل: يا رسول الله، هؤلاء بنو ثعلبة بن يربوع الذين أصابوا فلانا قال: فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " ألا لا تجني نفس على أخرى "
