Hadith 1036:1
'Abd al-Salam ibn Harb narrated to us, Yazid ibn 'Abd al-Rahman al-Dalani narrated to me, from Abu al-'Ala' al-Awdi, from Humayd ibn 'Abd al-Rahman, from a man among the companions of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who said: "If two callers gather, then answer the one who is nearest to you in door, for the nearest of them in door is the nearest of them in neighborhood. If one of them precedes the other, then answer the one who preceded."
حدثنا عبد السلام بن حرب، حدثني يزيد بن عبد الرحمن الدالاني ، عن أبي العلاء الأودي ، عن حميد بن عبد الرحمن، عن رجل من أصحاب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إذا اجتمع الداعيان فأجب أقربهما بابا، فإن أقربهما بابا أقربهما جوارا، فإذا سبق أحدهما فأجب الذي سبق "
