Musnad Ahmad 159:1

'Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Sufyan, and Ishaq narrated to us, from Sufyan, from 'Abd al-Karim al-Jazari, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi 'Amrah, from his paternal uncle, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Do not combine my name and my kunya."
