Musnad Ahmad 1083:1

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, Zayd ibn Aslam informed me, from 'Ata' ibn Yasar, from a man of the Ansar, that the Ansari man informed 'Ata': That he kissed his wife during the time of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, while he was fasting. So he ordered his wife, and she asked the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, about that. The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Indeed, the Messenger of Allah does that." So his wife informed him, and he said: "Indeed, the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, is granted concessions in things, so return to him and say to him..." She returned to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said: "He said: 'Indeed, the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, is granted concessions in things.'" He said: "I am the most God-fearing of you toward Allah, and the most knowledgeable of you regarding the limits of Allah."
