Musnad Ahmad 369:1

Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu 'Awanah narrated to us, from Al-Ash'ath ibn Sulaym, from his father, from a man from Banu Yarbu', who said: I came to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and I heard him while he was speaking to the people, saying: "The hand of the giver is the upper one; [give to] your mother and your father, and your sister and your brother, then your nearest and then your nearest." He said: A man said: O Messenger of Allah, these are the Banu Tha'labah ibn Yarbu' who harmed such-and-such person. He said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Beware, no soul shall commit a crime against another."
