Hadith of a man from the companions of Badr, from the Prophet (SAW)
حديث رجل من أصحاب بدر، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 208:1
Bahz narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: 'Abd al-Malik ibn Maysarah informed me, he said: I heard Kardus, he said: A man from the companions of Badr informed me, from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, that he said: "For me to sit in a gathering like this is more beloved to me than to free four slaves."
حدثنا بهز، حدثنا شعبة، قال: أخبرني عبد الملك بن ميسرة، قال: سمعت كردوسا، قال: أخبرني رجل، من أصحاب بدر، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " لأن أقعد في مثل هذا المجلس أحب إلي من أن أعتق أربع رقاب "
