Musnad Ahmad 52:1

Bahz and ‘Affan narrated to us, they said: Hammam narrated to us. ‘Affan said in his narration: Qatadah narrated to us, from Kathir, from Abu ‘Iyad, from a man among the companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): That the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade sitting between the sun and the shade, and he said: "It is the seat of the devil."
