Hadith of a man from Qays

Hadith 880:1

'Affan narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, he said: I heard a sheikh from Qays narrating from his father, that he said: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, came to us, and we had a difficult young she-camel that we could not manage. He said: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, approached it, wiped its udder, and it filled [with milk], so he milked it." He said: And when my father died, I had already fastened him in his shroud, and I took a palm-leaf rib and tied the shroud with it. He said: "Do not torment your father with the palm-leaf rib." Hammad said it three times. He said: Then he uncovered his chest and threw away the palm-leaf rib, then he spat upon his chest until I saw the moisture of his saliva on his chest.
