Musnad Ahmad 51:1

Isma'il narrated to us, Ayyub narrated to us, he said: I heard a man from among us narrating from his father, he said: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, sent out a military expedition that I was in, and he forbade us from killing the hired laborers and the young servants."
