Hadith 868:1
Ali ibn 'Asim narrated to us, Sulayman al-Taymi informed us, he said: Al-Hasan narrated the hadith of Abu 'Uthman al-Nahdi, from 'Umar regarding silk (dibaj), he said: Al-Hasan said: A man from the tribe informed me that he entered upon the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, while he was wearing a cloak (jubbah) that had a patch (libnah) of silk on it. He said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "A patch of fire."
حدثنا علي بن عاصم، أخبرنا سليمان التيمي، قال: حدث الحسن، بحديث أبي عثمان النهدي، عن عمر في الديباج، قال: فقال الحسن: أخبرني رجل من الحي، أنه دخل على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وعليه جبة لبنتها ديباج، قال: فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " لبنة من نار "
