Musnad Ahmad 873:1

Muhammad ibn Ja‘far narrated to us, Shu‘bah narrated to us, from Khalid al-Hadhdha’, from Abu Qilabah, from someone who heard the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, reciting: "So on that day, none will punish [as severely as] His punishment, and none will bind [as severely as] His binding," meaning: it is done to him. Khalid said: And I asked ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Bakrah, and he said: "So on that day, none will punish," meaning: "it is done to him."
