Hadith 1006:1
Ibrahim ibn Ishaq narrated to us, Ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Zuhri, Ubayd Allah ibn Abd Allah ibn Utbah ibn Mas'ud narrated to me, that a man from the companions of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, narrated to him that he heard the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say: "When one of you is in prayer, let him not raise his sight toward the sky, lest his sight be snatched away."
حدثنا إبراهيم بن إسحاق، حدثنا ابن مبارك، عن يونس، عن الزهري، حدثني عبيد الله بن عبد الله بن عتبة بن مسعود، أن رجلا من أصحاب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم حدثه، أنه سمع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إذا كان أحدكم في الصلاة، فلا يرفع بصره إلى السماء أن يلتمع بصره "
