Hadith 806:14
Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr narrated to us, al-Hakam ibn Atiyyah narrated to us, from Abu al-Rabab, who said: I heard Ma'qil ibn Yasar saying: We were with the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, on a journey of his, and we stopped in a place with much garlic. Some of the Muslims partook of it, then they came to the place of prayer to pray with the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and he forbade them from it. Then they came after that to the place of prayer, and he forbade them from it. Then they came after that to the place of prayer, and he perceived its odor from them, so he said: "Whoever eats from this tree, let him not approach us in our mosque."
حدثنا محمد بن عبد الله بن الزبير، حدثنا الحكم بن عطية، عن أبي الرباب، قال: سمعت معقل بن يسار، يقول: كنا مع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في مسير له، فنزلنا في مكان كثير الثوم، وإن أناسا من المسلمين أصابوا منه، ثم جاءوا إلى المصلى يصلون مع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فنهاهم عنها، ثم جاءوا بعد ذلك إلى المصلى، فنهاهم عنها، ثم جاءوا بعد ذلك إلى المصلى، فوجد ريحها منهم، فقال: " من أكل من هذه الشجرة، فلا يقربنا في مسجدنا "،
